SATURDAY NIGHT PODCAST
Topic for this Saturday's Podcast: Street Theater. Many of us have this experience. How do we handle these daily, unwanted messages from the Insane-as-they-wanna-be Players? The idea came from a few of us who were exchanging stories and experiences after a recent conference call. It was an interesting mix of laughter, compassion, and strategizing. The following is a message from Tim White who is a boyhood friend of New York State Senator Eric Adams. Tim is requesting information be sent to him to forward to the senator who is examining our issues. Tim is looking for solid evidence to present to him. Those who have this, please send Tim a copy as soon as possible.
Realistically, the senator will most likely be looking at targeted individuals who live in the state of New York - primarily. However, his interest in this also extends to other states as well. He has had two separate face-to-face meetings with ti's in New York City. Senator Adams is a former NYC police officer and civil rights activist.
Please do not contact the senator directly at this time. Direct your questions or comments about any of this to Tim.
Timothy White: Guidelines for presenting information and evidence to State Senator Eric Adams.
My approach to this is that we are in a fight for our lives. No one is going to helps us but ourselves. Senator Adams has 22 years as a professional investigator as Captain in the NY PD. Keep this fact in mind when qualifying any information you plan to present as evidence. Additionally, victim Brian Wronge who has two transmitting implants, one in his head and one in his neck. This is the only real physical evidence I have right now to present.
Brian's case is still open. He has X-ray's, a DVD supporting his story, and a order from a judge to have the implants removed and presented to the court for expert examination. The caveat here is; that brain Wronge was implanted in the late 1970's -1980's with legacy technology while incarcerated in a State or Federal institution while receiving medical treatment. Most victims coming forward are being attacked with later upgraded versions of this technology. The current version of this technology is being administered remotely as in my case or is being done with implants too small to detect via MRI or X-ray.
Supporting documentation that may be submitted: Case descriptions, Medical records, documented complaints to law enforcement of elected officials, videos, photographs of cuts and burns caused by this technology.
Note: It is very important to avoid ambiguous terms or coined phrases like "Perp's", "TI's" or "Gang stalking" in descriptions of your cases.

After a brief delay, we've decided to resume planning for a meeting on the west coast in mid-autumn. It will be in Los Angeles over the weekend of October 24, 2008. We plan to have workshops, speakers, perhaps a video recording session and much more. It will be a good time.

FROM: BRUNO IN SAN FRANCISCOI am organizing an SF Bay Area TI meeting for this Saturday, August 9, 2008, at 11:00am. Matthew Riolo has scoped-out a location for us -- we'll meet at the fountains in front of the City Tower Building, at the corner of N. 5th St. and E. Santa Clara St. in San Jose, and then proceed to a courtyard area between the buildings with umbrellas and tables. The purpose of the meeting will be to get to know each other and to discuss what we can do to end our harassment. We'll open by going around the room introducing ourselves and briefly sharing the types of targeting we're experiencing. Then we'll have a general discussion on our issues (organized stalking, electronic harassment, activism, exposing and ending it, etc.). During this segment anyone who would like to give a presentation is welcome to, otherwise we'll participate in an open-format brainstorming session. The meeting is expected to last 1 to 2 hours, after which we'll grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant and then adjourn.
There are a couple of new TIs who may be attending (Reina and Regina), as well as others on Richard's email distribution who weren't able to make the last meeting in May in San Francisco. For reference, last year we had a couple of TI meetings in the San Francisco Bay Area, but the monthly meetings fizzled out (when I proposed a hike for our next meeting). Richard may also be planning a meeting for later this month or next month in an effort to start meeting on a monthly basis again, and Matthew is thinking of organizing meetings in San Jose on a biweekly basis.
In addition to all TIs in the San Francisco Bay Area being invited, some local activists who Matthew has recently been networking with who are interested in learning more about this issue are invited to attend.

FROM LANGDON IN CALIFORNIAApropos your call for shielding techniques, I want to bring your attention to the element, carbon. This is the only element that will stop all forms of directed energy weapons. For years, I used aluminum "blankets" and sheet metal to disrupt electronic weapons. I still keep these in place for general, added protection. However, a year ago, the perps started using a more sophisticated form of technology that cuts through the shields. Since then, the attacks have been directed almost solely to my eyes. So far, about 20% of my eyesight has been destroyed. And, note that eye tissue does not regenerate. Caterachs will surely follow.The government uses "carbon paint" to seal conference rooms against surveillance, etc. Taking my cue from this, I fabricated what I call a "carbon mask." This is a typical sleeping mask sold at any drug store. First, spray the outside face with a primer. Allow to dry for 24 hours to avoid breathing fumes while sleeping. Next, smash a single charcoal bricqet in a plastic bag until dust. Then, spray enamel paint on the primed surface, and put the dust on the paint. After covering the whole front side of the mask, spray again with the enamel to anchor the dust. Allow to dry for 24 hours, then repeat so you have 2 coats of carbon paint.Later, I made another one using 4" wide silicon carbide sandpaper, which proved even more effective. It also has a natural curve that wraps around the face comfortably. You can purchase this in the form of a sanding belt for belt sanders (4"X24") at your local building supply store. You need to cut out a area for the nose. Make a pattern from cardboard.Initially, the perfs didn't know what to make of my new found shield. They sure as hell weren't happy about it! I would defiantly face the window where they launched their most effective attacks. They tried frontal attacks with the power turned up to max, which merely used up their battery faster, frustrating them even more. The carbon converted the energy to heat. But as we vics all know, all victories are short-lived. The maggots figured out that they could direct the energy beam UNDER the mask. Furthermore, they have refined the technique by turning the power down low, so as to preclude immediate detection, which takes several minutes. You can tell by closing you eyes tightly: it feels like you have something in your eye, like a particle of sawdust. That's when I adjust position. But, the damage, though incremental, accumulates. Nevertheless, without this advance in my defenses, I would surely be blinded or nearly so by now. Frankly, it is little consolation to know that these bastards are going to burn in Hell. I need my eyesight now!Here is a few words about carbon paint. Yes, you can make your own, and your should. Commercial carbon paint runs $100 per gallon, plus S&H. The "base" paint is plain old acrylic latex house paint. Carbon dust from charcoal bricquets is mixed in until fully black. The problem is producing the dust! Many types of equipment are used, including coffee grinders. There's even a web site that discusses this in minute detail, as horticulturists use carbon dust as a soil additive. Remember--you need two coats.When asked if the carbon shielding can be used for other parts of the body, his response:Yes, carbon shielding stops all energy waves, everywhere, all the time. If I had the resources and time, I would line one room in the house with two coats, rugs over floor paint, and some kind of carbon painted covering like canvass over windows. With this arrangement, you could just "kick back" and forget the Nazi perps. This may be particularly suitable in a situation where targets have moved in together. To save time, money and mats, you could just shield little cubby hole type sleeping places like are common on submarines, trailors and boats.
That any human being would lower himself to do this kind of stuff to another is almost inconceivable. Check out II Timothy 3:1-4.

In a statement of claim filed in B.C. Supreme Court, Jerry Douglas Rose names as defendants the University of British Columbia, the RCMP, Microsoft, Google, Telus, Wal-Mart, Cyber Logic, the Great Canadian Casino, the B.C. Sheriff's service, the Province of B.C., the B.C. Attorney General and the B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons.
The suit claims Rose has been subjected to "invasive Brain Computer Interface Technology, research, experiments, field studies and surgery."
Rose also states that his property on Starling Road, in Cedar south of the city, "is alleged to have been used as part of an environmental building utilizing 3D virtual software and a virtual network architecture comprising of Microsoft network procedures and protocols."
The residence has been the subject of nuisance complaints to Nanaimo police.
The RCMP, alleges Rose, "has been directly and indirectly involved in the experiments, research and field studies conducted upon himself by way of network bandwidth, network infrastructure and wireless network technologies and the restricted access to that cover the (sic) continental United States and Canada."
"The plaintiff alleges that during his daily activities including shopping, the transportation to and from daily activity of the above mentioned property has been made arduous and not of normal circumstance."
The rambling statement of claim goes on to assert "an adverse and permanent effect upon plaintiff's demeanour and personality" and causing "impairment of his mental state."
Rose also states they have "wilfully and maliciously committed torturous assault upon his person in the form of microwave burns and or pulsed bursts from a laser source" and "nano-laser burns" in his eyes causing "immense pain" and ear damage.
There was, he claims, "essentially a deliberate attempt to drive plaintiff crazy and disseminate plaintiff's brain" and "Satanic situations and chantings."
Rose arrives at the $2-billion and vehicle compensation package by claiming that learning to cope with the brain tampering he created "products that when manufactured would change the way our daily lives as people are lived out." The requested compensation, he states, are part of negotiations "if this matter goes to court."
No court date has been set. A statement of defence filed by Telus claims the suit has no merit, is frivolous, vexatious, an abuse of process and embarrassing. No other statements of defence were filed.
