JIM GUEST LETTER
Recently, John Mecca has sent an email describing the events of the letter which were not quite accurate. I finally talked to Louise, Rep. Guest's chief of staff, today and Jim Guest last evening. Apparently, they received a call from the highway patrol about the seal on the letter. She originally sent us a seal and signature to use, but only after several attempts did we receive it. As I recall, the seal that she sent came out blurry so I used another which still came out blurry, but may have been a different one. At any rate, we need to remove the seal that's on the letter and use one that she will send. And she says we need to use an actual signature of Rep. Guest rather than the digital one. There are no hysterics. She's working with the highway patrol and they are working with her about those issues. Actually, she says this may turn out well, as she gets a chance to educate them about these issues.
She also stated that she will send an updated letter because the current one is written in reference to the October 29, 2007 conference call. She will write one that will include the new seal and Rep. Guest's signature that we can use that will address our issues specifically. I will send this around as soon as I receive it.
The statement that the seal and signature were added without their permission is inaccurate. Louise worked with us on the original letter and is working to produce an updated one. Apologies for any mix-ups or inconvenience.
DALE WAHL'S PROJECT
Lately, we've begun promoting a project of Dale Wahl in Denver who has come up with a process that will hopefully bring hope, healing, and restoration to those who are seriously assaulted by directed energy. The basic idea is of grounding the electromagnetic energy to the Earth so that it flows out of the body and promotes healing. This is not a shielding remedy. It's a healing and restoration process. Here's all you do:

Materials needed are two grounding rods placed in the backyard, three feet deep, 20 feet apart and about 5 or 6 feet from the house.

Electric wire is attached to each of the rods with hose clamps and enough wire to extend to the inside of the house, to a basement or first floor to a comfortable chair.

Refill the holes with leaves or dirt and 5 or 6 gallons of water - enough to connect to the groundwater. This connection is very important!!!

One end is placed on the seat of the chair where you sit. And the other end you attach to your navel (after experiments, this seems to be the most reliable spot).

Sit in the chair for a couple of hours while the electromagnetic energy is drained out of your system. That's all there is to it!
One person so far has tried this process and it has worked extremely well for her. So we hope others will find similar comfort and relief through its use. To begin possibly early-September 2008, for New York Region Victims;
All East Coast Victims: V2K, and other victims of electromagnetic signals monitoring and/or assault, or other East Coast TIs who just want to learn about it are Invited to attend a Question and Answer Conference Call, about this Thermal Imaging, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2008, 8PM, Eastern Time.
Also possibly, last 2-3 weeks of September for some other locations on the East Coast.
The TI from California who has the Thermal Imaging camera is scheduled to attend the Conference CallTIs who are V2K (voice to skull) victims, about 9 out of every 10, have distinct, otherwise unexplainable-for-a-human Thermal Images using this camera. Also, some [relatively few] victims who are not V2K have unusual images using this camera - it depends on how (sometimes related to 'how intensely', or 'how intensely mentally'), the victim is targeted; however, most non-V2K victims should expect not to have blatantly unusual images using this camera. The TI from California (and victims helping him) want to do this Thermal Imaging Nationally or Semi-Nationally (i.e., victims from multiple regions of the U.S.).
We hope to get about 50 - 100+ Images of V2K victims, and then, to make a presentation, such as to: Elected Officials, and others.

This was mentioned in last week's newsletter. Here's a more detailed explantion from Joel
At [a recent] Wednesday conference call hosted by Pat and Leslie, Tommie from Texas and I came up with an idea that was well received by all at that conference. Tommie had expressed the desire to join with others in prayer about our situation to help alleviate our situation. I had been having similar thoughts independently of Tommie and when I heard her idea, I added mine to hers and this is what we came up with.
All people of faith, of any denomination, and any of our fellows who care to join in this endeavor may participate. Everyday at the same time we will join together in united prayer/meditation for a common purpose: to manifest two intentions. The two intentions we will manifest are
1- An IMMEDIATE END to the harassment we have been experiencing, and
2-JUSTICE [which we will be defining as "correction" [i.e. whatever punishment that God / The Universe deems appropriate] for the perpetrators of these crimes against us, and compensation for all of our suffering.
We all agreed to unite in prayer every day for three to five minutes according to the following schedule:
12 Noon Pacific
1 PM Mountain
2 PM Central
3 PM Eastern
This will be like getting together every day at the same time for what I think of as a "Cosmic Conference Call in which we will be united by "Spirit" instead of phone lines.
Please do join us for a few minutes of prayer each day to focus our intentions on our two most important needs. This will unite us and make us stronger and bring our victory that much sooner. Our intentions will vibrate across the planet each day throwing the criminals into a chaotic frenzy that will bring them down NOW.
If you intend to participate in this effort, feel free to invite as many of our fellows as you can. The more who participate the stronger we will get and the sooner will the suffering end and justice will be brought about. This first day, I could feel the power of the combined intentions of those who participated: it felt very reassuring, comforting and it made me realize that "their season is coming to an end" [to use Tommie's lovely phraseology].
Let's keep this going and victory will soon be ours!"Their season is over."
I have borrowed the phrase used by Tommie in the conference call that gave birth to this idea for united prayer, only I've taken the liberty of reducing it to just four words which also make it more affirmative. Recite this phrase as often as you like throughout the day: Recite it while doing chores or taking a walk or when you are feeling down. Affirm it out loud, if possible, when you are feeling well. Repeat it often and let it fill your mind with hope and confidence that our long trial is coming to an end but a great trial will just be starting for those who have raised their hands against us.
Hopefully enough of us will be reciting this phrase often enough and with the belief in its truth, that the psychic atmosphere of this planet will reverberate with this one thought: "Their season is over." Even when you are unable to join us in united prayer you can still participate and contribute to the common good using this phrase as your mantra.
And don't forget to inform everyone in our community you are in contact with about these affirmative efforts.

Ananda is a homeopathic nurse residing in the LA area who would like to do a year-long study using her homeopathic skills that she feels will help the community. She plans to publish the results in a trade journal. Here is her contact information and a brief bio:
Ananda Zaren RSHom(NA), CCH has been practicing homeopathy since 1977. She has studied with George Vithoulkas extensively both in Europe and in the United States, and, since 1987, has been teaching in England, Norway, Holland, Israel, Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Belgium, and India. In 1989 she started supervising homeopaths in Detmold, Germany, Zurich, Switzerland, and, beginning in 1991, in Santa Barbara and Connecticut.
In 1988, Ananda was invited to work in an allopathic hospital for four months during which she encountered patients she would not ordinarily see in her own practice. And, for a week in 1990, she also worked in the Obstetrical Unit of a Munich hospital.
Ananda has attended and presented at the 1st World Congress in Berlin, Germany and the 1st World Congress on Chronic Disease in Frankfurt, Germany. In April 2000 she gave a presentation at the 2nd World Congress on Chronic Disease in Stuttgart, Germany. She also was a keynote speaker for the National Center of Homeopathy in 1998 in the United States. During 2001, she supervised fellow Homeopaths with their various cases in Germany, Switzerland and the United States. In 2001 to the present, once a year, Ananda presents for the University of California in Santa Barbara.
She taught a three year program training homeopaths in Santa Barbara and will teach internationally twice this year. Ananda is the author of two textbooks entitled Core Elements of the Materia Medica of the Mind, Volumes I and II. In addition to maintaining a practice in Santa Barbara, California, she has just completed updating Volumes I and II of her Materia Medica, as well as is currently writing Volume III. Ananda recently was interviewed on an hour long radio show that was heard world wide. Ananda has lots of experience with newborns and is treating dogs and cats homeopathically.

Invisibility Cloak on the Horizon, Scientists SaySome TI's have occasionally complained of invisible people and of cloaking techniques happening to them. At first I didn't know what to make of it until I discovered that the technology does exist and the military is using and researching it. And now already commercial news outlets are picking up on this phenomenon. At this stage though, they report that cloaking is merely "on the horizon". Whenever commercial news of a military technology reaches the mainstream news, it's said to think 30 years ahead to find where the military is with the device. Some in our community will say that the invisible people are here already.

Researchers say they can redirect light around 3-D objects using metamaterials--artificially engineered structures created at a nano scale that contain optical properties not found in nature, according to an Associated Press report.
People see objects as a result of the light reflecting or scattering off them. This new mixture of materials has "negative refractive" properties that keep light from being absorbed or reflected by the object, allowing only the light from behind the object to be seen. Essentially, the material bends visible light in a way that eliminates the creation of reflections or shadows in much the way water flows around a stone.
The findings, to be released later this week in Nature and Science, were made by scientists at the University of California, Berkeley, led by Xiang Zhang. The research, which was funded in part by the U.S. Army Research Office and the National Science Foundation's Nano-Scale Science and Engineering Center, could have broad applications, including for the military.
But the materials work in limited wavelengths, so they won't be used to hide buildings from satellites, said Jason Valentine, who is a co-author of one of the papers.
"We are not actually cloaking anything," Valentine told Reuters. While the Harry Potter series of books and films has made the idea of a personal "invisibility cloak" popular, he says, "I don't think we have to worry about invisible people walking around any time soon. To be honest, we are just at the beginning of doing anything like that."
