FFCHS NEWSMany of you are working diligently for this cause. And this past week has been one of great activity as we prepare now for three important events for our community.
Recently, a TI in the LA area has learned that she will soon be speaking on our behalf at the United Nations. Please see Massie's message about this event in the 'Community News' section of this newsletter.
We are also working on the LA conference in October and have some more details regarding this event. And plans for the hearing in February are moving along as well. This has truly been a week of heightened activity among our members.
The perps have also been busy this week and have apparently stepped up attacks on some in our community in response to our activities to regain our freedom from them. I have heard reports of around 3 suicide attempts recently. Although disturbing, we plan to continue working and giving hope to all with new activities in the days and weeks ahead.

Dear fellow New York Region victim of electromagnetic signals monitoring and/or assault,
This email is to notify you that we want to do a specific evidence gathering project.
Jonathan, a victim from California, has a special camera, a Thermal Imaging Camera. It is sort of by a 'fluke' that he learned of this technology as being of interest to victims - a number of years ago, he saw such a camera being demonstrated at a 'technology' Trade Show, and noticed an unusual, and otherwise 'unexplainable' HOT SPOT in the front of his head.
Jonathan has done Imaging of some West Coast victims. Out of about 20 victims or so, 12 victims - (mainly, especially) victims who are victims of VOICE TO SKULL assault ["V2K"], have very obvious Thermal Imaging anomalies, such as that 'HOT SPOT' in the front of his/her head.
[About 9 out of every 10 V2K victims have such unusual images using this camera. Also, some [relatively few] victims who are not V2K have unusual images using this camera - it depends on how (sometimes related to 'how intensely', or 'how intensely mentally') the victim is targeted; however, most non-V2K victims should expect not to have blatantly unusual images using this camera.]
Jonathan, and victims helping him, want to do this Thermal Imaging Nationally or Semi-Nationally (i.e., victims from multiple regions of the U.S.). We hope to get about 50 - 100+ Images of V2K victims, and then, to make a presentation, such as to: Elected Officials, and others.
What: Especially victims who are "V2K" victims, voice to skull victims, should expect that their Thermal Images will show up as unusual, and as otherwise 'Unexplainable'. Other victims might also show something unusual, but it varies according to individual victim (e.g., how that victim is being targeted).
What: Because Jonathan likes to get as clear film footage as possible, AND because it is difficult for an individual to be 'perfectly still', he requires about (30 - 45 -) 60 minutes (about an hour) with a Thermal Imaging purchaser.What-for-Non-Victims: Paying victims are welcome to bring along a 'not-targeted' non-victim, or 2, to serve as a "scientific control" or "validity check" to the Thermal Imaging of that day.
Where: Jonathan will probably be filming out of a Hotel room (or another location, if victims can provide lodging, and/or 'office' space [a quiet setting is needed], for one or more of the days), in the New York City area. It probably makes sense: for him to spend 2 or 3 days or so at a hotel in Queens, New York City, or some other affordable hotel location in New York City; and, for him to spend 1 or 2 days in a hotel in New Jersey - at a location just across from New York City (((and accessible to easy Public transportation, and/or to easy private car shuttling from Public transportation to such hotel))).
When: Jonathan, owner (a victim) of the Thermal Imaging camera, is scheduled to be in the New York area (with probably about 2 days in the Boston area) from Tuesday, September 9, 2008, thru Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
How much does it cost: To cover Jonathan's airplane transportation, and his hotel room, (and other actual expenses), we estimate total cost: about $1000 - $1200 - $1500 (or possibly less, especially if victims are able to provide lodging and/or 'office' space, for Jonathan, for 1 or more of the days).
Therefore, we are requesting Payments of: $70 - $100 or more;, to purchase a Thermal Imaging Session.

Refunds: Payments are payments for a Thermal Imaging session, and entitles you to copies of images from that Thermal Imaging, and to be included in an "Aggregate" Reporting of Thermal Imaging, of 'Thermal Imaging of alleged victims of U.S. Gov't or other electromagnetic signals monitoring and/or assault', which we hope to present to elected officials, and probably to others.
Refunds are not anticipated, as long as the Imaging is performed within the next 6-7 months (through February 28, 2009), although we are in good faith trying to do it in the last part of August 2008, or the 1st parts of September 2008.
Refunds for an exceptional, severe personal tragedy [heaven forbid!] [such as death of a close family member, or severe personal injury], will be considered.
Refunds of excess funds, in excess of Jonathan's costs, WILL be refunded according to formula: payment which is excess TIMES percentage of an individual's payment as percentage of total payments-received. [For example, if each of 20 victims pay $100 each (totaling $2000), and if it costs us $1500 total to pay for Jonathan expenses, then, the excess, $500, would be divided among those who paid, i.e. $25 each, who each did pay 5 % of the total payment, and who each therefore will be refunded 5 % of the $500 excess, namely, $25.]

Yesterday, Sunday, August 24, at 11:00am there was an SF Bay Area TI meeting in the courtyard area at city hall in San Jose. In attendance were Acacia (Sunnyvale), Bruno (San Jose), David (Sacramento), January (Peninsula), Joy (Sunnyvale), Matthew (San Jose), and Rena (San Jose).
Rena brought some bagels for the group. We went around, introduced ourselves and described the harassment we're experiencing. Then we went around a second time and briefly discussed how our week went since our last meeting -- most said things were going better.
The following was discussed:
It was noted our group can function as sort of an extended family support system.
Dave reiterated the fact many of the videos on YouTube which have captured instances of perping merely look like ordinary occurrences to non-TIs was the motivation for producing a video/mini-documentary illustrating sensitization techniques during which the perping is made very obvious. We briefly discussed going back to our original idea of doing it as an animation instead of using live actors due to logistical difficulties with the latter. It was also noted the script may indicate which venue would be more appropriate. It was noted an excellent reference to illustrate the tactics used in our harassment are the flash mobbing articles which were published in major mainstream newspapers. The CATCH gang stalking video is also an excellent video that illustrates perping. It was noted pictures of directed energy weapons also instill credibility.
It was noted sometimes TIs may think family members have become perps based on their reactions to the TI, while in fact they are merely responding as anyone would to the odd behavior of TIs who are under the stress of being stalked. Dave reiterated his coping mechanism of reserving judgment, thus forcing the perp to "work" to prove they're a perp, rather than assuming everyone is a perp.
In the field of psychology a precept states we react to the environment we're in and thus TIs' behavior is a normal reaction to the stress of dealing with severe harassment. A distinction between TIs and the truly mentally ill is the latter cannot engage in coherent discussions. To maintain credibility, when communicating with others, we must only associate with ourselves things we can prove.
It was noted we've been conditioned as a society to respond in a certain way, specifically to assume someone is crazy, when discussing OS/EH. Thus you must restrict activism to what is believable rather than to what your imagination will allow. It's important to start with the most believable stuff first in educating the public, i.e. OS. Bruno noted that only with practice can we become effective communicators so we don't fall into the mode of trying to justify everything, instead of just giving short simple answers.
Dave noted there is a lot TIs can relate to in the movie "The Lives of Others" in which an East German was under extended surveillance by the Stasi secret police.
We discussed ideas for a group name. After some discussion a candidate was Victims of Covert Harassment Anonymous; it was noted "covert harassment" is an excellent term as it covers everything and doesn't sound as intimidating as "bio-electromagnetic targeting." Matt will reduce the list to a few possibilities, we'll discuss further at our next meeting, and then we'll "test market" one or more finalists with non-TIs -- Acacia and Joy said they could do so at a local community college. Another idea was instead of creating our own group, to align with FFCHS as a chapter.
The idea of starting a crisis help line for TIs was briefly discussed.
January noted we should consider contacting Cheryl Welsh since she's local.
The meeting was adjourned after about 2-1/2 hours. Our next meeting will be at a different time and place: 1:00pm in the lobby of the library; Matthew to reserve a room. Most of us headed over to a local Starbucks for a short while and then departed. (Bruno asked the checkout clerk if she gave discounts to targeted individuals of organized stalking but she said no.)

SHIELDING TECHNIQUE
The Problems:
- Targets' necks are targeted on the side (at the aorta).
- Neck aches occur when undetected, long-duration, low-intensity EH directed to back of neck.
- Choking occurs when EH targets front of neck.
- Dizziness and confusion results when the lower back of the head undergoes undetected, long-duration, low-intensity EH.
Shielding Solutions:
1A) wear a COOLDANNA or THERAPRO bandanna, cap insert, scarf-hart or brimmed hat. These are filled with water-retaining crystals. If you are being continually targeted then you may have to re-wet half way through the day. Depending on item and store, costs between $3-$20 (cap inserts, scarves, bandannas are cheapest).
1B) wear a COLDANNA or THERAPRO bandanna along with a COOLDANNA Cooling Hard Hat Pad & Neck Shade. The bandanna will protect front and sides of neck. The hard hat pad with neck shade will protect the top/back of head and back of neck.
2) wear wet regular cotton bandannas tied around your neck and on your head - you will have to re-wet frequently throughout the day as the EH quickly heats and drys bandanna.
3) Grow your hair long enough for it to cover the back of your neck and keep hair wet at all times.
